You want to track the delivery of your packages ?
On your personal space, under "my order history", click on the order concerned to have the tracking number of your parcel.
You will then be able to follow the evolution of the delivery of your package directly on the carrier's website that you have chosen for your order.
Packages are usually shipped very quickly upon receipt of your payment. You can follow the status of your order in your customer area.
Once your order is shipped, it will be displayed in status "pending delivery".
If your delivery encounters an unusual delay, we invite you to wait in a first time 1 to 2 days (in effect, the carrier may encounter delays for many reasons). And then directly contact the carrier in a second time to get to know the details of this delay.
